What is the typical order process?

The usual order process is price confirmation - preparation of artwork - approval of artwork - payment - manufacture - shipping.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment can be made by using PayPal. We will provide a payment address or a link for payment in your currency. You can pay by PayPal or use a credit card through PayPal.

How long will my order take to make?

From artwork proof and payment to delivery, the time is usually within 3 weeks.

How long will my order take to ship to me?

We  ship regular orders using EMS Korea Post (Express Post International) or FEDEX. Depending on where you are in the world and subject to any time in customs, from experience most orders typically take up to 5 - 7 working days for delivery. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. 

Are my orders insured?

Orders are not insured. If you would like insurance added, please advise us when you place your order and we will provide you a quoted price from Korea Post.

How do I prepare my artwork

If you have your own designer, we can provide a die line for your size candle dust cover along with the artwork specifications for your designer to follow. We can also prepare your simple artwork. You just need to send us a mock up or sketch to base the design on, along with what desired fonts you want to use. If foiling or embossing is being done, we need any logos or designs in a vector format to make the required tooling. You can send us a sample and we can let you know if it is suitable to use.
